Abe Fortas was cremated and his ashes buried in an unmarked grave at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland MD. I have been to Cedar Hill, so I mark him among the visited. Fellow justice George Sutherland is interred in this cemetery in "The Sanctuary of Truth."
